Power of Persuasion,
by Peter D. Roise, is a textbook designed to teach the art of classical
rhetoric to modern students. It covers all the major heads of
rhetorical theory and includes three strategically designed exercises
for each chapter. Peter Roise is a graduate of New
St. Andrews College. He is currently a seminary student, and he teaches
